European Union — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return & Cancellation)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

How to submit a request:

• Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/97005306204/account and go to Orders to submit a return or cancellation request.
• If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation — you cannot use the account link without an email address.

Conditions for return: Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions:

"Certain items may not be eligible for return under EU law, including unsealed personal care or hygiene products. Gel nail products that have been unsealed or opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item."

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will be refunded to your original payment method, including standard outbound shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
